Ocular fibrosis
About our research
Scarring is a pervasive cause of eye disease. Our research aims to address the problem of scarring following glaucoma surgery and to prevent scarring in other blinding conditions such as macular degeneration.
What you’ll see
We’ll showcase our recent projects focusing on developing a new therapy to target scarring after glaucoma surgery to improve the effectiveness of the surgery and reduce potential risks and side effects. Our ultimate goal is to develop a safe and effective treatment to prevent glaucoma blindness.
Talk to us about
- How can glaucoma blindness be prevented?
- Why is the current treatment for preventing scarring not ideal?
- What is different about the anti-scarring treatment we are working on?
